Animal Crossing: New Horizons is one of the best games in the series. The graphics and attention to detail are gorgeous, and the sheer amount of freedom and customization available to players is staggering. The 2.0 update, released in November 2021, added tons of new content to the game, bringing back favorite legacy characters like Brewster and Kapp’n and adding gyroids and tons of new furniture items. With that said, there are still parts of the game that feel like they could be refined or tweaked, or missing content added. That’s where the wonderful world of mods comes in.
