George Clooney would prefer fans forget the time he played Batman in the critically maligned 1997 film, Batman & Robin. Though the movie is universally disliked by critics and fans alike, it did add Clooney to the list of high caliber actors who’ve taken on the mantle of Gotham’s Dark Knight in movies and television, including his predecessors.
